Our heavy involvement with European Works Councils (EWC) means we work in most of the 24 languages of the European Union throughout the year. We therefore rely on our external teams on a daily basis.
Our in-house team are also experts in some of these languages, meaning that post-production translation quality controls can, for the most part, be completed very quickly.

For interpreting, some of these languages are under-represented in France, which is why it’s sometimes necessary to work online using a remote interpreting platform to avoid straining travel budgets.

These are some of the languages most used in EWCs in France:

German – English – Spanish – French – Hungarian – Italian – Dutch – Polish – Portuguese – Romanian – Slovakian – Czech.

With the growth in global works councils, other languages are now also routinely used in communications, including, in Solinguis’ case:

Arabic and Chinese (Mandarin).

For non-European languages, our network enables us to recruit language professionals that meet our exacting quality standards. We never hire anyone at random.
